Schedule For Week of 2/4/13

Here is our schedule for this week:

Monday-A Day (Music)  We also have Library.
Tuesday-B Day (P.E.) Please wear tennis shoes!
Wednesday-C Day (Health & Technology)
Thursday-D Day (Art) Field Trip to Dental Health Theater
Friday-A Day (Music)

What to know for this week:

This week, we will learn all about dental health and how to properly take care of our teeth.  We have our field trip to the Dental Health Theater on Thursday.  Please have your child wear his/her Fink's Skinks T-shirt on the day of the field trip.  It makes it easier for us to keep track of everyone.

In math, we will begin learning about coins and counting money.  At home, please continue counting with your child by ones, fives, and tens.  Those transitional numbers can get tricky (10, 20, 30, 40, etc.) when counting by ones because the pattern changes.  I will include a link to an interactive hundreds chart we have used in class that can help with counting at home.
